Good Morning America recently announced the top 5 cities in America for finding new jobs, and guess who made the list - Atlanta. That’s right, Atlanta, the business and technology hub of America, is ranked #4 on the list. With Fortune 500 companies like Coca Cola, UPS and Home Depot headquartered in our southern city, Atlanta is a hot market for job growth. This is good news for anyone searching for employment because the unemployment rates are up in the nation, and jobs are scarce, so it’s nice to know that we have one of the best opportunities right here in our neighborhood. Even better, this means that young professionals are relocating to call Atlanta home, increasing our 25 - 35 year old population, which also makes Atlanta a great place for singles. Since Atlanta’s job growth is so promising, the local real estate market has also remained rather secure. When driving through Buckhead, Midtown, Atlantic Station and Downtown, many new high rise developments can be seen under construction. Our growing city is highly desirable, and there are many opportunities for jobs and residences, so take a look.
