Heron Bay Offers Free Continuing Ed Classes

Heron Bay Golf and Country Club is offering free continuing education classes each month to co-op agents. Agents must pre-register for the courses. During the classes, agents are treated to a catered lunch and invited to tour the community.  Upcoming topics are:

• Oh, no the appraisal came back low
• Fair housing laws and ethical practices
• The art of negotiation
• Buyer agency, B.R.R.E.T.A. and GAR contract forms

All classes are taught by Wade Gaddy and are generally held from 12:30 to 4:15 p.m. with lunch from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Interested agents should look for notices via email or contact the information center at Heron Bay at 770-957-5633.
