Heron Bay Golf & Country Club welcomes three new builders to the Heron Bay custom building team. John Landers, Earl Thomas and Michael Cohen recently have begun building luxury custom homes in both The Links and Lakeview neighborhoods of Heron Bay priced from the $500’s to $1 million plus. John Landers Jr., Owner of John Landers Jr. Custom Homes, has more than 35 years experience in the building industry. He maintains constant communication with the homeowner during construction to ensure that their individual style and taste is reflected in their new home. Earl Thomas, Owner of RMT Construction, has more than 30 years experience designing and building homes, and specializes in building custom homes in the $500,000 to $3 million range. Michael Cohen, Co-owner of DC Custom Builders, Inc., has six years experience building ultra-luxury neo-classical and Mediterranean stlye homes ranging in price from the $600,000s to more than $1 million. He also likes working closely with each homeowner to ensure the transition into a new home is very easy for his homeowners.
