Haven’s hot in June

Did someone say slow down? Haven Properties ended the month of June with four closings in one day, and that was after four additional closings earlier in the month. The last day closings were at three different communities: Chapel Hills in Douglas County, Hawthorne at Lost Mountain in Cobb and Le Jardin in South Fulton. It looks like home buyers all over metro Atlanta are on the move.

I’ve talked with Haven Properties buyers who closed earlier in the month, and they all agreed they were looking for quality construction and high end finishes as standards. They also agreed that Haven’s EarthCraft, Energy Star, high performance construction delivered on the quality they wanted. Another homebuyer who’s been in her home for about six months said that she doesn’t have the dust she had in her previous home, and she doesn’t have pet fur like she did before either. She attributes it to the superior air filtration system that came with her Haven home. As for Haven Properties, they say the successful June was due to the efforts of everyone working during the previous months to make things happen.

Here’s to many more closings for all Atlanta area new home builders in the second half of 2007.
