Haven adds a third guarantee in life

haven-windermere-idea-home.jpgThere’s always been death and taxes, and now there’s lower utility bills when you buy a Haven Properties home. Haven Properties is so confident in their EarthCraft and Energy Star high performance construction that they will pay the difference if your new Haven home uses more gas and electricity than predicted in the first two years after closing.

The Haven 2 Year Energy Usage Guarantee is based on the kWH and Therms used by your home. Haven will use residential energy analysis software to perform energy modeling calculations. At closing, you will receive a certificate stating the floorplan and estimated annual kWH and Therms used by your home. Each month, you will send a copy of your gas and electric bills. At the end of 12 months and 24 months from the date of closing, Haven reviews the bills and tallies usage. If the usage is more than estimated, Haven will pay you the cost of the overage at the kWH and Therm costs stated on the bills.

Building in South Fulton, Cobb, Douglas, Cherokee, Forsyth and Dawson counties, Haven Properties has made a name as an Atlanta new home builder with high quality standards. They don’t have to construct energy efficient, healthy homes. They just do.
