Harris Named Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Bullard’s Office in Griffin

Keith Harris, a longtime top-selling Realtor with the company who also has real estate management experience, is the new managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Griffin/Spalding County office. Harris, who has a Broker’s license, got into real estate in 1991 and first was with Bullard from 1996 until November 2005. He then left the Bullard organization briefly to work with another real estate company in the area, serving as that company’s managing broker for a period of eight months before returning to Bullard. He has a total of 16 years of real estate experience, 10 of them with Bullard.

He has served as vice president of the Metro South Association of Realtors and as state director of the Georgia Association of Realtors. Harris was the Agent of the Year in 1993 and 1994 for the company he previously worked for, and he has served as the real estate sales trainer for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Named to Coldwell Banker International’s Diamond Society for 1997 and the President’s Circle in 1998, he earned membership in the President’s Elite for 1999 through 2002. Harris is a member of the Million Dollar Club, was the No. 2 producer for his office in 1998, and the office’s top producer in 1999 through 2002. He was the No. 2 producer companywide in 1999 and No. 3 in 2000 and 2001. In 1999 and 2002, he was selected to his company’s President’s Relocation Club, and he received recognition from Cendant Mortgage the past four years. Harris holds the CSP (Certified Sales Professional), EPro, and Certified Skilled Negotiator designations. He is also the recipient of the Zenith Award for over 10 years in the Million Dollar Club. Harris’ wife is Lou Ann Harris, who is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker’s McDonough/Henry County office.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard and his wife Lena, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia and is also the largest real estate company headquartered between I-20 and the Florida line. Current owner and president Steve Bullard has been with the company for nearly 35 years. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, in addition to the corporate headquarters/branch office in Jonesboro, has other branch locations in McDonough, Newnan, Griffin, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Conyers.
