Hair Salon Opens at Town Center at Heron Bay

Minerva Properties is pleased to announce that “C Changes Hair Studio” opened in early September at Town Center at Heron Bay. “C Changes Hair Studio” is a full service salon that takes pride on being able to service clients of all ages in a family atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, and in honor of their grand opening, the hair studio is offering $9.99 haircuts for everyone!

You can also take advantage of their other specials, including a $35 relaxer on Monday through Wednesdays. Also, senior citizens will always receive a 20% discount. Christine McNichol is the owner, and although this is her first salon, she has over 15 years experience in the industry. She is also a mother and understands the importance of time and a budget. She is hoping that opening a salon in Heron Bay will allow families and neighbors to socialize and spend time together while getting a quality haircut. Town Center at Heron Bay will feature retail, office, and medical facilities, as well as space for three restaurants upon completion. Town Center will be one of the final steps in making Heron Bay Golf & Country Club a true live, work and play community.
