guildquality service excellence awardThink your company has what it takes when it comes to customer service? GuildQuality, the industry leader in customer satisfaction surveying for home builders, remodelers and home services companies, is powering their first-ever Service Excellence Award specifically for Atlantans.

The Service Excellence Award is designed to honor exemplary customer satisfaction among the area’s best residential construction and remodeling companies.

Any Atlanta home builder, remodeler or home service company is eligible to apply, and there are no costs associated with entry. To enter, simply visit www.guildquality.com/awards and complete the online form before the October 15 deadline.

After October 15, GuildQuality will begin surveying each applicant’s 50 most recent customers, and applicants will be able to see their real-time responses from each customer. The final results will then be compiled and identified at the end of November, and winners will be announced on January 15, 2013.

Winners will be honored as being among the best-of-the-best for customer service in the Atlanta building industry. In addition, GuildQuality will promote the winners on their website, through partnerships with local media and in the real estate and homes sections of Atlanta’s major publications. Winners will also receive logos for use on their websites and print materials.

It’s time to prove that your customers and your company are the best!
