Groundbreaking of Luxury New Home Community in Forsyth

A new community of luxury homes has broken ground in Forsyth County. Fidelis Signature Homes, who has had much success with its previous two communities - The Cottages at Creekston and The Cottages at Dave’s Creek - has begun construction on the model home and several market homes at their new community, Braemar.  At Braemar, Fidelis Signature Homes is introducing new plans as well as adding additional options and features to their most popular floorplans, including the Cambridge.
