Greater Atlanta HBA Regional Meeting to Address Millennial Preferences
Join the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) for an afternoon of “Winning the Hearts and Wallets of Millennial Homebuyers” at its June regional meeting. On Wednesday, June 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., home building professionals can enjoy networking, delicious food and a presentation on millennial home buying preferences from Eugene James, Senior Regional Director of Metrostudy.
The millennial generation is a widely diverse demographic with an equally diverse set of needs and preferences for new home communities. Eugene James will focus on the psychographics and demographics that reveal who millennials are, what economic challenges they face, what they want out of a new home community and more. Attendees will learn how to cater to this varied and emerging generation to create the communities that they will buy.
The meeting will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy, located at 1601 Cumberland Mall SE in Suite 200. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch and the program at noon. The cost to attend the program is $25 for builders, $35 for associates and $45 for non-HBA members. To avoid paying a $15 walk-in fee, pre-register here.
