Grand Opening April 15 at Paul Thomas Homes’ The Summit at Heron Bay
Minerva Properties is excited to announce the grand opening of The Summit at Heron Bay, a neighborhood of single-family homes by award-winning builder Paul Thomas Homes priced from the High $100’s. Interested new home shoppers and sales agents are invited to attend a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, April 15, from noon to 3:00 p.m. that will include food, prizes and the opportunity to be one of the first to tour this affordably priced neighborhood.

Several homes that are available to close within 30 days, so visitors will be able to tour a variety of our plan designs when they attend the opening.
The Paul Thomas Homesmodel at The Summit is the Raleigh floorplan, offering 2,519 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and two and half baths. The Raleigh offers a brick front, separate dining room, kitchen with large island and built-in home management center, two-car garage, large owner’s suite with sitting area, garden tub and options for a fifth bedroom and a basement foundation.
