Georgia Urban Forest Council Honors Heron Bay
Heron Bay Golf & Country Club, located in Locust Grove, was recently named Grand Award Winner in the Outstanding Development category by the Georgia Urban Forest Council. Proving that developers can and do often work to preserve trees and natural ecosystems, Minerva Properties was nominated for this award by Tim Thoms. Heron Bay incorporates preserved open space and greenways as well as a trail system.
