Builder Magazine has released its annual top 100 builders.  The list has very little movement at the top, with no newcomers to the top 10 spots.

2. Lennar Corp (up from 3)
3. Pulte Homes (down from 2)
4. Centex Corp
5. KB Home
6. Hovnanian Enterprises (up from 7)
7. Beazer Homes (down from 6)
8. The Ryland Group
9. NVR (up from 10)
10. MDC Holdings (down from 9)

Atlanta based new home builders continue to climb the ranks with Novare Group gaining by 30 positions!

• McCar Homes at 39 (up from 40)
• Bowen Family Homes at 48 (up from 52)
• John Wieland Homes at 56 (down from 55)
• Novare Group at 77 (up from 107)
• Wood Partners at 90 (no change)
