The Atlanta Sales & Marketing Council held a Sales & Marketing round table earlier this week.  One of the topics was how to generate traffic and attract buyers.  Overall the group decided that buyer promos must be fun and catchy.  Ironically, the day after the roundtable, I was emailed a flier with the headline, “Free Purebred Puppy with accepted Contract.”  Talk about catching my attention!   This is a great example of a REALTOR having fun while also getting the attention of the buying public.
