Fully Decorated Model Home Is Now Open At The Reserve At Liberty Park

Southern Creek Development is pleased to announce that the model home at their newest Braselton community, The Reserve at Liberty Park, is now open. The single family homes in the community are priced from the mid $300,000s to the $500,000s.
