Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates FrontDoor Communities, LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Social Media Application – Builder/Developer category for Traditions. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
In March, FrontDoor Communities decided to boost posts to build our followers on Facebook for Traditions. The numbers reflected here are from March 1, 2016 to May 31, 2016. Total impressions were 141,674 and total unique users reached was 59,324. Total engaged users was 9,373, a 16 percent engagement rate on all posts. Before, March’s average engagement was 4.2 percent. Since January, the likes on the Traditions page have increased 44 percent, and the increased social media focus has driven a considerable amount of traffic to Traditions on our FrontDoor Communities website. Using the paid search feature on Facebook has further increased our exposure, and at least five leads can be directly attributed to the Facebook ads generated through comments on the posts where consumers actually asked for detailed information regarding product, community and lifestyle. Specific strategies included content from the surrounding area to engage users as well as encouragement to interact regarding thoughts about interior design, outdoor space, lifestyle, etc. Target reach: Behaviors likely to move, Education College grad, Masters or Doctorate, Home Composition Working women or family-based households, Moms: fit, trendy, stay-at-home, soccer, moms of preschool kids, grade school and high school; Parents, Geographic targeting and males/females: 35-65. Google Analytics show 7,778 visits to the site, 1:52 average time on site (anything of 1:00 or above is excellent) and 38 conversions.
