Friendship Real Estate Services grows in 2006
Even though a lot of new home builders in Atlanta had a downturn year in 2006, Friendship Real Estate Services LLC in Gwinnett County grew considerably. Friendship posted a 55 percent growth over the previous year, closing nearly 100 homes more than 2005.
Also in 2006, Friendship added marketing manager Jennifer Warren, and Jennifer and Broker Heather Jamieson become more active in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.
Additionally, Friendship began a new referral program last year. Each time a homeowner in a Friendship community refers a new homebuyer, they can receive up to $1,000 in one year.
