Free Admission to the Atlanta Home Show for Real Estate Professionals

On Friday, March 20th, real estate professionals can skip the admission fee and attend the Spring Atlanta Home Show for FREE! You can thank SEMCO Productions for your free ticket as they are doing everything in their power to help educate industry professionals on new trends and ideas in hopes that it will arm you with the knowledge to help stimulate the market. So, members of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Professional Real Estate Agents (Realtors), Home Builders Association (HBA), National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) all have free admission on Friday, March 20 when they present their business cards. Now there absolutely no excuse to miss out on this exceptional home show. This year’s theme is “Making Your  Home New Again” with an emphasis on innovative ways to remodel your home.

Here are a couple of the show’s highlights:

The Viking Cooking Stage – Atlanta’s top chefs will showcase their unique styles of cooking throughout the Show. Attendees will enjoy the humor and cooking skills of Chef Will Rece, who has appeared on the Food Network, along with Chef Hans Rueffert, Georgia’s only Next Food Network Star finalist. Other presenters include Executive Chef Michael Deihl, president of the American Culinary Federation’s Greater Atlanta Chapter and Highland Bakery’s sugar artist, Karen Portaleo, who will create a sugar masterpiece on stage.

The Home Show Stage – Experts will offer exciting and educational sessions designed to save homeowners and future homeowners a great deal of time and money on remodeling projects. Some of the topics include selling a home in a slow market through renovation, the benefits of using green features, the latest trends in kitchen and baths, how to spruce up rooms using decorative items you already own, what everyone should know before starting a remodeling job, how to give a house a physical, outdoor living on your budget and organizational skills for every home and lifestyle. Attendees will hear words of wisdom from HGTV personalities Tonya Williams and Joe Washington, local gardening guru Walter Reeves, top RE/MAX agent Mark Spain, professional organizer Allison Carter and others.
