Forsyth County Community Hosts Fall Festival
Parkstone is welcoming the new season with a fantastic celebration. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 18 for the third Annual Fall Festival at Parkstone. Parkstone is a Forsyth County Community by Sharp Residential where the residents have taken it upon themeselves to create a sense of community within the neighborhood. The Fall Festival is only one aspect of the social life at Parkstone, but it is an appealing one. Set at the front lawn, near the model homes and fireplace, the Fall Festival offers numerous fun and exciting attractions for the entire family including a moonwalk, pumpkin craft activity, corn bowling, sack races, photo session with Fall Theme Background, leaf craft activity, hula hoops, hay bale maze for small children 5 and supervised tot lot, hayrides, flag football, volleyball and ping pong. Of course there will also be great food to feast on, including an abundance of the best homemade chili from the Chili Cook-off. You can also make your own caramel apple with delicious toppings or win a cake at the cake walk. You have the opportunity to win fantastic prizes through the raffle, bingo or the Chili Cook-off. Bear in mind that this fantastic fall festival is a fundraiser for Parkstone – ideally this event will raise enough funds that activities and events for the next 11 months will be free of charge for Parkstone residents. You must RSVP by October 9th, and you can get an RSVP form from Marianne Nash at smnash20@bellsouth.net.
It’s not too late to call Parkstone home as there are still many news homes available at this extraordinary community. To purchase your new home in Cumming, visit the community and tour one of the fully decorated model homes.
