Five New Agents Join The Providence Group

Joining an already extraordinary team of agents at The Providence Group are Tim Kiger, Gloria Thomas, James Wilkins, Leslie Newberry and Larry Cude. These five new agents will continue to add to the quality reputation of the metro Atlanta homebuilding company. Serving interested new home buyers at Sterling of Dunwoody will be Tim Kiger and Gloria Thomas. Kiger has been involved with metro Atlanta real estate for 18 years, and has experience in both new home sales and mortgages. Thomas, who is a Phoenix Member of the Atlanta Board, has 20 years of real estate experience and has been in the Communities top 100 sales agents for Atlanta several times. At Alderwood on Abernathy in Sandy Springs, James Wilkins is the newest sales consultant serving new buyers and current residents. Wilkins is extremely excited to become a part of the team at The Providence Group because he has always been a fan of the quality product the company builds. Leslie Newberry and Larry Cude are the new designated sales consultants at another Sandy Springs community by The Providence Group - Promenade at NorthPlace. Though she only has three years experience in the real estate industry, Newberry has already achieved an extraordinary accomplishment - she has spent two consecutive years as a member of the Million Dollar Club. Serving as Newberry’s partner will be Cude who has five years experience in real estate most recently as a general sales manager.
