		<description>First off the $7,500 is not a tax credit. Please try not to get caught up in the election year hype of this. It is an income tax loan that must be repaid over the next 15 years by adding $500 per year to the income tax that the buyer already has to pay. On the plus side it is an interest free loan.</description>
