First Sales Recorded in Brayson’s Northwoods/Mirror Lake Community

The first sales have been recorded in Phase I of Northwoods, the second of two Brayson Homes neighborhoods in the Mirror Lake master planned community in Villa Rica. The company is building approximately 275 homes in Northwoods, which offers homes priced from the $240,000s to the $260,000s. The neighborhood, which is located on Conners Road, has seven inventory homes under construction, three of which are nearly completed. All of these inventory homes are on the golf course, and some basement lots are available.

The Canongate on Mirror Lake golf course’s newest nine holes run between Northwoods and Brayson Homes’ Southwoods neighborhood, which is currently in Phase II of three phases. There will be 148 homes in Southwoods, which has homes priced from the $170,000s to the $230,000s.
