Finally, Technology That Makes Sense for Real Estate Agents

softRealty.comsoftRealty.com is again redefining real estate software. Last year, sofRealty.com broke the mold by bringing new technology to the Real Estate Industry with the launch of Search Connect with Free IDX Property Search and mapping. Now, they are doing it again by releasing a new lead capture process for Agents’ websites that will allow Agents to start developing client relationships with home buyers earlier in the process.

“In today’s real estate climate where inventory is high and buyers are scarce, it is critical for Agents to attract qualified home buyers and keep them engaged through the home search and buying process,” says David Carroll, Founder and President of softRealty.com. ” That is why we have developed a new and unique system of Lead Capture where Agents can engage with their website visitors like never before and qualify them early in the home buying process.”

Search Connect free IDX Property Search has proven to be a great tool for attracting and keeping home shoppers on an agent’s website. This new feature offering takes this system to an entirely different level in a number of ways. In addition to making it affordable for an Agent to brand themselves outside of their Broker’s resources with free IDX Property Search; it more importantly allows the Agent to engage with every visitor on their website searching for properties. Real Estate Broker Matt Fagioli stated that “the suite of features provided by Search Connect has really helped my Agents grow their business and the new Lead Capture feature Rocks!”

The details of this new feature will be released in an email to Real Estate Agents on Monday, June 15th. If you cannot wait for the email, you can find a current version of the email here. You can also visit the softRealty.com website for more information.
