Visit The Atlanta Regional Parade of Homes This Weekend

The 2008 Spring Atlanta Regional Parade of Homes continues this weekend with more than 100 new homes throughout the Atlanta region will be open this weekend, April 26 & 27. This year’s Parade is unlike any other, combining the forces of four local Home Builders Associations. During the Parade, guests can tour a variety of home styles and types built by a variety of builders.

“This event comes at a perfect time,” says David Ellis, Executive Officer for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. “Today’s real estate market is truly a buyers’ market. For many, that makes owning a dream home an even more affordable option than previously thought. Today is absolutely the best time to buy a new home and get a great deal.”

The 2008 Parade of Homes is free and open to the public. Specifics on builders and communities participating are available on www.paradeofhomesatlanta.com.

Participating homes are featured on the Parade Web site, which will offers extensive searching and mapping capabilities. Listings will be featured on the site until the 2009 Parade of Homes. Parade homes will also be featured on Comcast Atlanta Homes on Demand.
