Few Homes Remain in Phase II of Creekside at Pinecrest

Ascot Realty Creekside at PinecrestAs Ascot Realty is preparing to move into Phase III of Creekside at Pinecrest, few opportunities remain in the first and second phases of the Gwinnett County community. Creekside at Pinecrest, a community of 120 three- and four-bedroom homes in Sugar Hill, is priced from $169,900 to $220,000.

Two homes are available for Phase I pricing, one of which features a basement. Only eight homes remain for Phase II pricing. There are homes available now and home sites that buyers may choose their plan and options for.
