eon and Serrano Support Atlanta Real Estate Agents

It’s always nice to see a local developer support the Atlanta real estate industry. So, when such an occurrence happens, we like to give public recognition. In this instance, Evolv, who is the developer of many new Atlanta condo communities like eon at Lindbergh and Serrano, was a sponsor at the COMMUNITIES Magazine Top 100 breakfast. The breakfast was held on May 14, and COMMUNITIES Magazine honored the top producing 100 Realtors at the Cobb Galleria. eon at Lindbergh and Serrano sponsored this event to show their support for all the hard work that goes into being named among the top 100. So, a big thank you to Evolv for showing your support for Atlanta real estate agents. In case you have missed recent posts, allow me to give you a little background on these two extraordinary developments.

When complete, eon at Lindbergh will offer 352 one- and two-bedroom EarthCraft® certified residences. eon at Lindbergh is one of a few of Atlanta condominiums that are EarthCraft® Certified. Created by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in partnership with Southface, EarthCraft® guidelines address energy efficiency, durability, indoor air quality, resource efficiency, waste management, and water conservation.

Serrano’s amenities are nothing less than what is expected at any Mediterranean resort. The community will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center with saunas; media room; clubroom with full kitchen, and a comfortable entertainment and seating area; conference room, business center and spacious storage facilities; secured parking; swimming pool, outdoor grill, fireplace and social area. Pets are part of the family and welcomed at Serrano, which will incorporate a pet walk into its outdoor landscaping. Buyers can choose from 13 unique floorplan designs. Either one of these unique developments would be an excellent choice for a new Atlanta condo.
