Eight American Land Mart Agents Receive Coldwell Banker International Awards

Eight sales associates with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers have been named as recipients of Coldwell Banker International Awards. Recipients included Betty Denio, Linda Lindsey, Ann Bell, Sandi Austin, Victoria Willis, Robert Denio, Brandi Williams and Brad Batchelor.

Betty Denio and Lindsey were awarded membership in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite, composed of only two percent of the more than 127,700 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. Bell, Austin and Bobby Denio were named to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, composed of only four percent of the top Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Willis was selected for membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, composed of only nine percent of the top Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Williams and Batchelor were named to the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, composed of the top 13 percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, which has a major share of the luxury home market in the Rockdale County area, is an independent real estate company affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization which handles the sales and marketing of numerous subdivisions in the East Metro area. In 2006, ALM had a 63% market share in all homes sold above $500,000 in Rockdale County.
