Education Opportunity: Green Appraisal Process
If you are interested in an afternoon of networking, open discussion and a keynote speaker on home appraisals, then we have a great event for you! The Green Building Council is featuring guest speaker Sandra Adomatis on Thursday, March 28 at the Southface Energy Institute at 11:30 a.m. for their Appraisers, Builders, Remodelers: Partners in Valuation educational seminar.
Learning objectives of this event include:
- Describe The Appraisal Process
- Identify Documents Necessary to Assist Valuation
- Create Proactive Steps to a More Efficient Green Future
- Clarify communication allowed under Lending Guidelines
Lunch will be provided at this event during registration from 11:30 a.m. to noon, and then the program will begin at noon, and will be followed by a Q&A session. One Georgia Builder License and one hour CPHB continuing education credit may be earned at this seminar.
Prices are as follows: $15 for Students, $25 for Green Building Council Members, $35 for Non-Green Building Council Members and $45 for Non-HBA members. There is an additional $10 walk-in fee for those who do not pre-register.
