East Point City Offices Relocating to Jefferson Station

Kairos Development Corporation, developers of the historic Buggy Works complex in East Point, which includes Jefferson Station and South Central Station, is pleased to announce that the City of East Point will be relocating several of their offices to Jefferson Station. The City of East Point has signed a five year lease with Jefferson Station and will begin moving specific offices on August 1. The city offices being relocated include: Human Resources, Finance, City Clerk, Government Operations, Parks and Recreation, Planning and Zoning, Economic Development and Purchasing. The move will help consolidate more municipal services in one central downtown location.

Kairos Development’s Jefferson Station at the Buggy Works is a four-story, historic factory building originally constructed in 1930 that still includes authentic factory details.
