Earn the New Green Designation

Be one of the first to earn the new “Green” Designation for REALTORS from the National Association of REALTORS. NAMAR is offering the new Green Designation Class on January 20-21, 2009 at their location in Duluth. There is a growing demand for REALTORS to understand green, how green is transforming the needs and concerns of buyers and sellers, as well as how REALTORS can adopt and implement green practices in their day-to-day business. This 2-day course will cover the definition of “green”, Green communities, Green built homes and buildings, Green buyers and sellers and how to Green your real estate practice.
