Do Professional Sports impact Real Estate??
Those curious as to whether professional sports teams truly have economic benefits on the city can find out at the ULI Atlanta panel discussion on Tuesday, November 13 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the 755 Club at Turner Field. The event, which is titled “The Economic Impact of Pro-Sports on Real Estate and How to Leverage Development around Sports Venues,” will focus primarily on the impact of professional sports on real estate within the city and the immediate areas surrrounding sports venues. The panel discussion will be moderated by Bill Hartman of WSB-TV’s Sports Team, and panel speakers will include Bill Campbell, Wyman Winston and a representative from HOK Sport.
