Developers Hold Contest To Live In Atlanta Condo Free For One Year
Joint venture development partners, Trammell Crow Company and Russell New Urban Development, are currently hosting a contest that will allow one lucky winner to live in a brand new, $150,000 condominium at The Washington at the nearly completed Historic Westside Village in Atlanta free for one year. The development team is looking for unique taglines for their new Grand Opening ad campaign announcing The Washington. From July 15 to September 15, interested contestants are encouraged to visit the community Web site, www.liveatwestside.com, and submit an attention-grabbing tagline for the community that captures the uniqueness of Historic Westside Village. The individuals who submit one of the top 20 taglines will be notified on September 19. Then, at an invitation only event, the 19 finalists will be announced and all will receive a $50 gift certificate to a local hot spot. The lucky grand prize winner will also be announced at the event, and be allowed to live at The Washington for an entire year at no cost. All of the homes at The Washington at Historic Westside Village offer an array of charming interior features such as hardwood floors, crown molding, marble cabinetry, granite countertops, garden tubs in the baths, and so much more. In addition to the quick access to downtown Atlanta, the CNN Center, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, and a MARTA station, homeowners may also enjoy the community pool, clubhouse and fitness center.
