According to Atlanta-based Beacham & Company, a real estate company specializing in luxury real estate, business couldn’t be better.
The company reported a hefty 7 percent increase in sales of $1 million-plus single family family homes for the first seven months of 2007. A total of 560 single-family homes sold from January through July of this year up from 523 homes sold for the same period in 2006. (Continued…)
McCar Homes’ President to Retire
Tom J. Ware, McCar Homes‘ President of Sales and Marketing, recently announced that he will be retiring at the year’s end, after nearly 11 years of exceptional service to McCar Homes. Since joining McCar Homes, Ware has seen the company grown from 200 closings per year to nearly 2,500 closings per year, and from 8 external sales agents to 120 in-house sales agents. He has spent many hours on one-on-one time with each of McCar’s sales agents, personally training them and encouraging them to be successful. Ware has been a staple of McCar’s growth and successes and he will truly be missed.
The Providence Group Celebrates Silver Anniversary
