ALM Makes Annual Contribution to Local Non-Profit Group
In what has become a yearly tradition at its annual Christmas luncheon for builders, developers, attorneys, bankers, mortgage bankers, loan officers and their staffs, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart (ALM) of Conyers made a substantial contribution to a local non-profit organization.
Seville Is Builder for 2007 Showcase Home at Southern Building Show
Carl Seville, an Atlanta area-based green builder, educator, and consultant on sustainability to the residential construction industry, is the builder of The EarthCraft/TecHome Showcase Home which will be featured during the 2007 Southern Building Show, scheduled June 20-22 at the Cobb Galleria Exhibition Center in the Northwest Atlanta metro area.
Knight earns OBIE for South Fulton Townhomes
The Knight Group continued its tradition of winning OBIE Awards for Professionalism by earning a Silver Award in the 2006 competition. The Knight Group’s Silver Award came for the townhomes in Renaissance at South Park in the category for Single Family Attached Homes (All Builders) in the $149,999 and under price range.
