Crestwood Building in Duluth gains LEED certification
The Crestwood Building at 3675 Crestwood Parkway in Duluth was recently LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. Crestwood is the third building, and the only multi-tenant building in Georgia, to earn this designation. Only 60 buildings have received this certification nationally.
The five-story building has 94,000 square feet of office space and in 2005 it earned the Energy Star designation from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Dept. of Energy.
