CPHB Guerilla Marketing Event
The next installment of the CPHB Guerilla Marketing series is taking place in less than two weeks time – on July 23. In this economy, who couldn’t benefit from some marketing education for home builders? Especially since Internet marketing is much more budget-friendly yet has been proven to be just as effective (if not more) as traditional marketing.
The upcoming session is appropriately titled “Warfare Tips from the Trenches” and gives all in attendance the opportunity to learn from some of Atlanta’s best marketing professionals, including the winner of the 2009 Marketing Director of the Year award from the Nationals, Kelly Fink. With an all-star line up and some of today’s most popular marketing trends being covered, there is no way to leave this educational session without gaining something from it.
In addition to the nationally renowned Kelly Fink, attendees will learn a variety of new media marketing tips from other prominent professionals including:
- Tori Ewing from TextCellutions will be presenting on the benefits of text marketing and how to use it
- Kelly Fink from Bowen Family Homes will give an overview on online sales, including follow-up strategies
- Carol Flammer & Bo Gilbert from mRELEVANCE, LLC will stress the importance of using videos for online marketing and touch on setting up and using an account on YouTube
- Ray Bouley with NextStep will give some “out of the box” marketing ideas
- Peggy Slappey with Peggy Slappey Properties will discuss sales motivations and tactics that still work
- Dina Gunderson with Monte Hewett Homes will touch on Twitter and Facebook – two of the most popular and recognized names in social networking
The event will be on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at The Housing Center (1484 Brockett Rd., Tucker) from 9am-12:30pm. The event is $30 for Greater Atlanta HBA members and $60 for non-members. Pre-registration is encouraged, and the Housing Institute has approved the seminar for three continuing education credits.
