Cottages at Stillwood Receives Rave Reviews

The Exterior of a Beautiful New Home in Newnan at the Cottages at StillwoodWhile living in the unique community for only about six months, Chris and Amber Gilliam have nothing but great things to say about their new home in Newnan and the home buying process in general. The Gilliams moved to The Cottages at Stillwood from a small, one bedroom apartment in Duluth, and are loving the ample amount of space their Pocomo home plan gives them.

As of now, the Gilliams have three “children”– two Siamese cats and one Chihuahua– that live in the Coweta County house with them. However, they do have two spare bedrooms to support their potentially growing family. The Pocomo home plan features four bedrooms, and the Gilliams converted one of them into a home office.

They are very proud of their home and they were pleased with the ease of the buying process. The Gilliams are first time home buyers, and, therefore, needed expert guidance from their builder to help them make decisions they would be happy with for years to come.

The Cottages at Stillwood provided the ideal location for the Gilliams. Living in Newnan, they are closer to their families in Montgomery, AL, and still just minutes away from Atlanta.  Along with its great location, they chose the community because they thought the homes at the Cottages at Stillwood were beautiful. And that they are! All homes feature distinctive elevations with high-end materials such as brick, cedar shake and HardiePlankTM (no vinyl siding is used), and face walkable streets meant to encourage interaction with neighbors. Wide front porches and rear patios offer ideal gathering areas for friends and family. In addition, all of the Newnan new homes feature optional automatic sprinkler systems.

All in all, the Gilliams think its the perfect place to begin the next phase of their lives and absolutely love their new home. By visiting the Vesmont community and purchasing a new home, you may have the same elated feelings of homeownership.
