Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh Welcomes Two New Agents

For those that are interested in purchasing a new Atlanta townhome at Cosmopolitan, two new sales agents have been added to the first class sales team, Mona Lisa Belcher and Alton Irby, to help answer all of your questions and cater to your every need. Both of these real estate agents are Morris and Raper agents and bring many years of Atlanta real estate experience to the Atlanta new home development. Cosmopolitan is a resort-style townhome community located in Lindberg that has recently opened a second phase due to the overwhelming demand generated by the initial phase of the complex.

Ms. Belcher has almost 14 years real estate experience and has worked for several companies including John Willis Homes, Jolly Development Group, Prudential Georgia Reality and Jones and Minear Home Builders before coming to Morris and Raper. She has been living in the Roswell area since 1994. Ms. Belcher is also a Certified New Home Specialists. Belcher graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Marketing and Finance. When she isn’t helping you find a luxury townhome at Cosmopolitan, she enjoys motivational speaking and spending time with her family.

Mr. Irby has been involved in the real estate industry for seven years and has worked for the Condo Store and held several positions at Morris and Raper. Mr. Irby is an Atlanta native currently living in Buckhead, meaning he knows the ins and outs of the Atlanta area. Mr. Irby has received a platinum award from Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Mr. Irby graduated from Georgia State and enjoys running, traveling, scuba diving, and horseback riding. Mr. Irby is also very active in his community and enjoys walking his dog on weekends around his Atlanta home.

Cosmoplitan is happy to have these two extraordinary agents on the team, both of which belong to the Million Dollar Club and are a part of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Their combined experience brings a wealth of information about Luxury Condos, Brownstones, as well as the Atlanta area.
