Cool Off At Quail Run
Memorial Day is just around the corner and residents of master-planned community, Quail Run will be able to celebrate the holiday lounging by the newly constructed pool. In addition to the new pool, residents will also be able to escape the heat under the grand pavilion or start a friendly competition at one of the many family event fields perfect for badminton, horseshoes, or bocce ball.
The grand pavilion is an expansive structure almost 2,000 square feet in size with a spacious common area, party room and his and her bathrooms. The large common area will be anchored by two fireplaces on either side. Stained concrete will accent the floor, and the vaulted ceilings will be highlighted by wood beams. These rustic finishes give the interior of the pavilion a lodge-like atmosphere: comfortable and cozy.
Once completed, the structure will be available for residents to host parties, family reunions or other events. With the beautiful finishes and classic southern exterior, the pavilion is sure to become one of the most sought-after venues in the Greater Valley Area.
The amenity park, when completed, will be the heart of the community. Along with construction on the pool and pavilion, the area where the tennis courts will be has been leveled, the ball field is sodded and the fishing lake is accessible for homeowners.
Residents of Quail Run have a treasure chest of nearby locations for fun, including the 26,000 acre West Point Lake, which provides a perfect arena for fishing and water sports. West Point Lake is also set to host the first ever West Point Lake MusicFest. This three-day event is set to take place memorial day weekend and features acts such as Cowboy Mouth, The Swinging Medallions and Memory Dean. This is the first music festival of its kind to ever take place on West Point Lake and is sure to attract visitors from across the Southeast to the Greater Valley Area
