Construction Resources, Inc. is known for its top quality kitchen and bath products throughout the Atlanta area. That is why the company was asked to partner with Thrive Homes and provide materials for the builder’s two Homes of Distinction.
These Homes of Distinction are located at the Manor Golf & Country Club in Alpharetta and will be on tour from Thursday, Feb. 6 to Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014.
One home, 3074 Watson’s Bend, is on the eighth fairway of the Tom Watson designed course. This stone and brick country manor home features a study with fireplace, large dining room with butler’s pantry, great room with fireplace and bookcases, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and main level master retreat with private terrace, his and hers walk-in closets and a luxurious private bath.
The second home, 3064 Watson’s Bend, is also on the eighth fairway. The entry foyer leads to a paneled study with fireplace, dining room with butler’s pantry, great room with fireplace and French doors, main level guest suite, kitchen with large breakfast bar and walk-in pantry and a pre-planned elevator shaft used as closet space.
Construction Resources installed Cambria countertops in a variety of colors and styles throughout the homes. Additionally, Atlanta Glass and Mirror, a Construction Resources company, provided Rubbermaid wire shelving, true frame hanging mirrors and frameless glass shower enclosures with oil rubbed bronze hinges and handles for the homes.
“The Homes of Distinction are beyond gorgeous,” stated Mitch Hires, president of Construction Resources. “We are excited that the installation of our top products in these homes adds even more to their beauty. We cannot wait for the tours begin, so that our customers can see what we can do in their own homes.”
The homes will be open Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. during the tour. Tickets cost $20 each.
