Congratulations to the Monroe Team!

John and Linda Monroe, a husband-wife real estate agent team based out of Prudential Georgia Realty’s Towne Lake office, were recently honored as the number one overall agents for the company for 2007 sales. This is a huge accomplishment as they beat out nearly 1,500 agents on the company roster. The team had a gross sales volume of nearly $26 million, which means that they averaged $1 million in real estate sales every two weeks throughout 2007. Bear in mind the fact that the Atlanta real estate market wasn’t exactly booming through the year 2007, making their gross sales volume an extraordinary feat. Great job Monroe team of Cherokee County, you are true leaders in the real estate industry!
