Concierge Services Standard at Luxury Atlanta Condo

When residents at Sovereign, Buckhead’s newest luxury condominium, need theater tickets, advice about where to take a client for dinner or someone to detail their car, all they have to do is ask and the concierge staff will take care of it.

“If residents need a service, we’re here to help them find it,” said Shannon Lundy, a member of the concierge staff.

Located in the 50-story building’s posh private residential lobby, Sovereign’s concierge services are available Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to cater to homeowners’ every whim.

When a resident wanted to take a spring trip to Mexico, Lundy researched locations, resorts and package deals and helped planned the trip.

She arranges for residents to attend VIP openings at restaurants, spas and boutiques, such as a recent champagne tour of a nearby luxury spa where residents enjoyed mini-treatments.

Later this month, the executive chef from Wolf appliances will prepare a sumptuous meal for residents in the amenity center’s catering kitchen. The gourmet kitchens in the 82 homes at Sovereign are furnished with Wolf cook tops and ovens and Sub-Zero refrigeration units.

“We plan parties and other events as well as outings that will keep the residents entertained. It’s a way for them to get to know each other and for us to meet them and find out their needs,” Lundy said.

Sovereign’s concierge staff has collected a wealth of information about Atlanta’s entertainment and sports venues, dining and shopping opportunities.

They’re compiling a book filled with restaurant information arranged by location and type of cuisine to help residents choose where to dine.

Concierge services are only the beginning of the luxury features available to Sovereign’s residents. The public spaces are filled with a museum-quality art collection created and hand-picked by internationally recognized artist Todd Murphy. Residents enjoy a paid two-year membership in The Buckhead Club, a unique private club for business entertaining and social activities.

Two floors of amenities at the Atlanta condos include a rooftop plaza with skyline views and an outdoor grill and fireplace, zero-entry saline heated pool and spa, an executive fitness center with treatment rooms and a sauna, club rooms, a conference room, a catering kitchen, private climate-controlled wine storage, and a fully-furnished guest suite.

The 82 breathtaking homes start on the 28th floor and feature 10-to-14-foot ceilings, oversized terraces, hardwood and natural stone tile floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer penthouse-like views from all residences. These Atlanta new homes at range in size from more than 1,700 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet and start at $1 million.
