Concierge Services - not just for hotels

Pamper me! Our lives have become hectic. Atlanta homeowners are seeking ways to uncomplicate life and find time to enjoy quality time without worrying about picking up the dry cleaning, ordering dinner or scheduling tickets for a play. Concierge Services are offered at many of Atlanta’s finest communities. Here is a sampling:

Twenty-four hour concierge will be offered at Avignon at Vinings a luxurious Cobb County mixed use community by Kairos Development. Located in historic Vinings Village, Avignon at Vinings, under construction now, is a private gated community of village condominiums, village townhomes and single family villas, starting at the high $300,000s to more than $1 million. Like a European countryside, the community’s topography allows for excellent views. Other amenities include a clubhouse with swimming pool, wine tasting room, resident wine lockers and caterer’s kitchen. There will also be a wellness center including spa and fitness facilities and a gate house with 24-hour guard.

Another Kairos Development Corp. project, The Astoria at the Aramore, will offer concierge as one of its many upscale amenities. The Astoria at the Aramore is an intimate Atlanta condo community of just 71-homes located between Buckhead and Midtown. Reminiscent of a boutique hotel of the past, timeless one, two and three bedroom Atlanta condos start in the high $400,000s with penthouses from the $900,000s. The Astoria offers homeowners the unique opportunity to personalize their home. Amenities include a lap pool, fitness center, outdoor fireplace, pet area and greenspace. Condos will be ready for move-in Summer 2008.
