Coldwell Banker NRT Wins Three OBIEs

Big congratulations to Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors as they were one of the big winners at the 29th annual OBIE Awards Gala on November 7th. The OBIEs are the highest honor given in the Atlanta real estate industry. The real estate brokerage company took home the Gold Sales Manager of the Year, Silver for Best Marketing/Promotion and Best Amenities.

Sales Manager of the Year went to Wayne Anderson. Anderson has been instrumental in the successful sellout of a number of conversion and new-construction in-town condominium communities, including The Stacks Phase I, Lenox Villas, MWest Townhomes, Peachtree Place, and The River West. An active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and a life member of the Million Dollar Club, Anderson has been a top selling onsite agent with Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors since joining the company in 1999. He was accepted into Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society in 2008, a level achieved by only the top seven percent of the more than 116,800 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

The Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors Stimulus 8 Promotion won the silver award for the company in the Best Marketing/Promotion category. The company worked with Mock Advertising, an Atlanta creative communications agency, to develop the consumer education/incentive program in response to the 2009 housing stimulus. Stimulus 8 consists of educational information about the $8,000 first-time homebuyer credit; consumer savings of reduced closing costs, mortgage rate buy downs, builder upgrades and more; special pricing on homes (including bank owned); and job loss protection.

And they were recognized in the Best Amenities category for 10 Terminus Place.
