Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty to Host Free Seminar on Careers in Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty is sponsoring a free career seminar designed to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information about the residential real estate profession. The seminars will be held at the following company locations and times:

Jonesboro (238 Stockbridge Rd.): Saturday, April 14, 10-11:30 a.m.; Conyers (1070 Iris Dr. SW): Thursday, April 19, 6:30-8 p.m.; Griffin (244 O’dell Rd. - Ste. 6): Tuesday, April 24, 6:30-8 p.m.; Newnan (1605 E. Hwy. 34 - Ste. B): Tuesday, April 24, 6:30-8 p.m.; Jackson (658 W. Third St.): Thursday, April 26, 6:30-8 p.m.; McDonough (4295 Jodeco Rd.): Thursday, April 26, 6:30-8 p.m.; Peachtree City (201 Prime Point): Thursday, April 26, 6:30-8 p.m.

“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step towards realizing their potential,” said Freda Stephens, career director at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Among the topics that will be discussed are real estate school and license requirements, as well as local market trends. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty representatives will be available at all seminars to answer questions about professional and personal growth opportunities at their company. Refreshments will be served.
