Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Advantage School of Real Estate is now offering real estate pre-license courses on-line. This is the 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to obtain the salesperson’s license. After taking the course and passing the final exam, a student is authorized to sit for the state licensing test.

The cost of the course has been reduced from $399.00 to $199.00.
