Several members of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s management team attended a recent meeting where two of the company’s newest managers received a briefing on PHH Mortgage, who has representatives in two Bullard office locations. At the meeting, held at Bullard’s Newnan/Coweta County office, the group met with Angela Warren, who has an office in the Peachtree City/Fayette County office and who works with the Peachtree City, Newnan and Jonesboro/Clayton County offices. Receiving the briefing were Jim Qualls, who has been manager of the Newnan office since late spring, and Jon Morris, who was named broker for the Jonesboro office during the summer. Also attending were Steve Bullard, owner and president of the company, and Jim Fulton, broker for the Peachtree City office who previously also managed the Newnan office.
The PHH representatives are in Bullard offices for the convenience of the real estate company’s clients. The second PHH representative is Johnny Dykes, who is in the McDonough office and who works with that office and the Jackson and Zebulon offices. PHH is a leader in the mortgage industry.
