Coggin’s Farm in Coweta County Has Success in Initial Sales Efforts

The first sales have already been recorded in Coggin’s Farm, Jeff Lindsey Communities’ new 90-home community on George Coggins Road in Coweta County. Located between Newnan and Peachtree City just one mile from I-85, Coggin’s Farm is offering homes priced from $227,000 to $284,000. At present, four homes are are completed, five new home sale contracts have been signed, and three homesite reservations have been made. Homesites, which include some lake lots, range from 1.6 acres up to almost three acres.
