Coming Home for the Holidays

On Tuesday, December 1 join your fellow neighbors, friends and family on the Village Green in Smyrna for Coming Home for the Holidays, a Christmas tree lighting and holiday celebration from 6 – 9 p.m.

This fun holiday community heart warming event will be filled with fun holiday activities for the whole family, including the tree lighting ceremony set to take place at 7:00 p.m. Admission is free for everyone and Santa will be at the event to say hello to all of the children. The Smyrna Community Center is located at 200 Village Green Circle.

If you miss seeing Santa at the Coming Home for the Holidays event, he will also be at the Smyrna Welcome Center every weekend throughout the month of December. On Fridays and Saturdays you’ll be able to see Santa from 6-8 p.m. Sundays he’ll be hanging out from 1-3 p.m.

If you can’t make it over to the Smyrna Welcome Center then pack up the kids and head over to Cumberland Mall. Santa will be at the mall from November 21 through December 24. In addition to taking pictures with the children, Santa will also be hosting special Pets with Santa nights each Monday from 6-9 p.m. So bring over your favorite four-legged friend and grab a picture on Santa’s lap.
