Central City Agent Luncheon was a Success

On December 1, 2009, Central City condos in Atlanta hosted an agent luncheon in efforts to showcase to new agents who may not know of Central City’s ridiculous value. This was also a great chance to promote special incentives currently going on for the agents and their homebuyers. With food provided, cash prizes awarded and awesome condos shown, the Central City luncheon was considered to be a successful event.

Over the course of several hours of the event, cash prizes were awarded. One agent’s name was drawn every hour to receive $50 cash for a total of 5 winners who each received the $50 cash prize. One grand prize of $500 was awarded to one lucky agent, Henry Browne with Keller Williams. The agents simply needed to tour the 5 decorated models to be entered into the drawings. And the agents were also told about the current rather large agent bonus available to agents for selling a condo at Central City. Food was provided and catered by Keira Cannon. Fun was had by all who attended.
